Refund policy
This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made from EUCA ("Company") for business-to-business transactions within South Africa. By engaging in any business transaction with the Company, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
Non-Returnable Goods:
All goods purchased from the Company are deemed non-returnable. Once the purchase is completed, the transaction is considered final, and goods cannot be returned for any reason.
Non-Refundable Purchases/ Cancellation Policy:
Purchaser shall pay for any and all unrecoverable costs resulting from the cancellation of any order.
If the Purchaser cancels a portion of an order, EUCA reserves the right to back bill the Purchaser to account for any differences in quantity discounts.
- All sales made by the Company are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, change in business circumstances, or any other grounds.
Defective Products:
In the event that a product is found to be defective upon receipt, the Company will provide support to rectify the issue within the scope of the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. Customers are encouraged to inspect all goods upon delivery and report any defects immediately to initiate the warranty process.
Damaged Shipments:
If goods are damaged during shipping, customers must notify the Company within 48 hours of receipt. Photographic evidence of the damaged shipment may be required to initiate the claims process with the shipping carrier.
Modification of Policy:
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website or other communication channels.
Governing Law:
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
