This AC Current Transformer with a 600-Amp rating is designed to encircle a wire that carries electrical current in order to gauge its AC amperage accurately. With an output of 333 millivolts that's proportional to the current, it is compatible with the FlexSmart TRMS Module for precise True RMS calculations of both sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal waveforms.

This makes it highly versatile, as it can measure current in a variety of equipment, including but not limited to variable frequency drives and switched power sources. Each FlexSmart TRMS Module can operate with either one or two of these current transformers.
