This device has a rigid housing design and a very accurate Pt100 probe. This device has a high level of accuracy ±0.15°C and a resolution of 0.01°C for the full range. The device has a unique plug & play pre-calibrated Pt100 IP67 probe. HACCP principle can be followed to check food safety and use a Green/Red dual colour backlight to indicate temperature hazards. Only one touch is required to display temperature change from baseline.
