The Milesight EM500-LGT-868M is an industrial-grade LoRaWAN® light intensity sensor designed to measure ambient light levels in harsh outdoor and industrial environments. It uses a high-precision photosensitive sensor to detect light intensity and transmits data wirelessly over long distances using LoRaWAN® technology.
It is commonly used in smart lighting systems, agriculture (greenhouses), urban street lighting control, and environmental monitoring. The device is optimized for ultra-low power consumption and can operate for up to 10 years on a single battery, making it ideal for remote, maintenance-free deployments.
